Coming To the Table – STX

Good afternoon everyone,
I have been away for a couple of weeks, so I’m late in getting this notice out. But, I’m excited for our next CTTT gathering this Sunday at 5pm because WE’LL BE MEETING IN PERSON(!!!) at St. Croix Reformed Church.
At our previous meetings we became an official affiliate of the national CTTT movement, we worked out a Purpose Statement, and agreed that many of CTTT’s Touchstones are vital to our gatherings. We’ll go over them on Sunday if you’re joining us for the first time.
More importantly, we’ll be joined by Chalana Brown who will speak with us about her exhibit exploring sugar mills and the history that she’s uncovered through her work (Uncover History is one of CTTT’s 4 Pillars). So, whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or have been waiting for the right time to make your first appearance, this Sunday will be a good time to start!
Thank you, Peter
P.S. If you’d like to see Chalana’s exhibit before the gathering, you can view it at Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts, Inc in Frederiksted.
